Does every order get a Black Friday Freebie?
We are randomly selecting orders to include our freebie items. While we would love to add items to every order, we have limited supplies and are choosing orders at random to spread them out. Freebies can include items from previous brand collabs, extra SMO accessories, or August River clothing!
I’ve already placed my order, can I use a coupon code?
Due to the high discount of the sale, we will not be able to add on any coupon codes.
Discounts cannot be combined and will not work on Imperfects. Rainchecks, price matching, and adjustments will not be made on orders made outside of the sale.
Will there be another restock before the holidays?
We will be working hard to restock items throughout the sale and through the weeks following. We cannot guarantee items will be restocked before the sale is finished and cannot offer info on what is scheduled to be restocked. Sign up for Email/Text alerts under the sold out item to be notified when an item is back in stock.
Will you have an Imperfect Sale the morning of Thanksgiving?
In order to get orders out as quickly as possible for the Black Friday Sale, we will not be having an Imperfect sale the week of Black Friday as well as possibly the following week. We will let everyone know when the next one will be!
I am buying a gift for someone, is there anything I need to do to set that up?
What a wonderful gift!
When you start the checkout process, make sure to check the “Is this a gift?” box under the payment options. You will also be able to leave a thoughtful note for your loved one!
Finally, double check that the shipping address belongs to the recipient and you will be all set to go!
*Please note: If the purchase is marked as a gift, the recipient will not receive any billing information. The note submitted at checkout will serve as a gift receipt if needed.
Should I get an Infant or Toddler Lounger?
The infant lounger meant for newborn babies until they are approximately 9 months old, although some babies love their infant size much longer than 9 months! To transition to a Toddler, we recommend that your baby is at least 9 months old, is 21 inches from the top of their head to the bottom of their bum (not feet!), and can crawl well.
Do I need to get a cover?
A cover is not necessary to use the lounger or feeding pillow, but it can make it much easier to keep clean so you are not washing the pillows frequently. We recommend at least 2 covers so that you can use one while the other is in the wash!
Do I need a puddle pad?
We recommend a puddle pad when your baby frequently has diaper leaks or spits up often. We also recommend a puddle pad if you’d like extra protection for your lounger or want to reduce the amount of times you wash your lounger.
What makes your Feeding + Support Pillow different from others?
As moms, our biggest trouble with traditional nursing pillows is how bulky they are to use. We designed our nursing pillow to have tapered ends which can easier tuck behind you for nursing. This greatly reduces the bulkiness of the pillow and allows you to SIT BACK while nursing. It can also double as a sitting up aid, tummy time aid or a toddler pillow. Plus our nursing pillows are modern in color and can blend into any home seamlessly.
Is my item “held” in my cart while I check out?
No, adding items to your cart does not hold the item for you. We are not sure how fast everything will sell so we recommend checking out quickly! An item is secured once you receive your order confirmation.
Can I enter payment info/shipping address ahead of time?
Yes! We have accelerated checkout options with ShopPay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. If you set up an account with your shipping and payment information with any one of these, you can check out much faster.

When will my order ship?
Orders from Black Friday will start shipping immediately! Orders are shipped in the order in which they are received.
*Please note, because of the high volume of orders received during Black Friday please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation from us and it's been more than 10 business days, please email us at email@example.com for an update on the status of your order.
Will I get an email when my order ships?
Yes! Keep an eye on your Spam/Promotion/Junk folders after your purchase, occasionally our confirmation and shipping emails end up there!
If I order now, will I get it by Christmas?
Orders take approximately 4-5 business days to arrive once shipped. If ordering by December 15th, your order should arrive by Christmas. That said, we are not able to guarantee a ship date as issues can occur with our carriers during the holiday season.
Will I be able to edit my shipping address after checking out?
We will try our best to change any addresses before a shipping label is made, however due to the high volume of orders we will receive we can not guarantee this. Please double check all shipping information at checkout to ensure you receive your order!
If you need to make any changes to your shipping address, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a subject line that reads "ADDRESS CHANGE - ORDER #XXXXXX" and we will update your address prior to shipping.

Will there be expedited shipping options available?
No, due to the high volume of orders we will not be able to offer expedited shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally!
Canada Only: We cover duties for all Canadian orders so after your payment is made on our website, other than shipping you shouldn't be charged any additional fees prior to delivery.
All other International Countries: Shipping rates are dependent on size/weight of the package and where specifically it's being shipped to. The shipping charges will be calculated for you prior to checkout so you will know exact shipping fees prior to committing to the purchase. At this time, we are not experiencing any delays with shipping/deliveries internationally.
*Please note that Snuggle Me does not add taxes/duties for international orders, these are based on size/weight once the package arrives in your country. They will be due to the carrier service prior to delivery.
What is the cancellation policy for Black Friday/Cyber Monday?
If your order was placed within the last 3 hours and you need to change your shipping address, you can cancel your order via the link in your order confirmation email and place a new order with the correct shipping information. Shortly after your order has been cancelled you will receive an order cancellation/refund confirmation email from Snuggle Me. If it's been over 3 hours since your order was placed, please email our Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will do our best to assist you in redirecting the package (**additional shipping charges may apply).
If a shipping label has already been created, we will not be able to change the shipping address. Please email email@example.com for more information
