Our Snuggle Me Products have been selling out FAST, and as a small family owned business, we couldn’t be more grateful! We are extremely dedicated to ensuring that your product gets to you as quickly as it can. If you have pre-ordered, thank you! We will be shipping out your order the moment it arrives in our warehouse.

Note: Your order will not ship until all of the products purchased within your order are available to ship. If you would like items delivered separately, we recommend ordering each separately. After an order has been placed, we cannot separate them.

Can you expedite shipping?
With preorder items we can’t ship them until we receive them at our warehouse, but please know that we are working hard to get them to you as soon as possible!
You should have received an order confirmation email with your order number in your inbox. If you're having trouble finding it, search: care@snugglemeorganic.com and or please check your spam folder as sometimes they end up there. If you still can't find it, let us know and we'll help you out!
I entered the wrong shipping address? What should I do?
It happens! Just email us at care@snugglemeorganic.com and we'll try to catch your order before our warehouse fulfills it. Once our warehouse team is packaging up your order though, we're unable to change any shipping information.
If we have inventory in stock for a product, it will not be available for preorder so you will be able to buy it as you normally would! We offer preorder on items that are out of stock to make sure everyone can get the color item they want without having to wait for the next restock!
