Snuggle Me Organic is a leading direct-to-consumer brand in the Kids & Baby space with unique following and growth potential.

We have the ambition of at least 2.5x the business within the next 12 months scaling our supply chain effectively is a crucial requirement. As a result, we need to strengthen our Ops team with someone that can take the lead in managing all tasks and processes needed to ensure that new and existing Snuggle Me Organic product lines can be produced across a global supply chain.


You will report to the COO, supporting him in managing all the product management and development aspects of the business, in particular:

  • Creating product technical files for all current Snuggle Me Organic products. Utilize outside resources as needed for technical drawing creation
  • Liaise with the marketing team to make sure the whole organization is well in-sync
  • Manage the process of bringing any product enhancements or releases to market. Ensure that the process followed ensures that each enhancement or new release contains the following minimum requirements:
  • Product labeling plan defined and executed. Ensure labels meet regulatory requirements
  • Product packaging defined, testing, and packaging suppliers qualified
  • All BOM items related to the enhancements or new releases have specifications prepared, vendors qualified, and BOM items and final assemblies tested to ensure success in the marketplace
  • Purchasing and production plans created and managed working in partnership with the Supply Chain Manager
  • Necessary training provided to all needed Snuggle Me Organic personnel including Marketing and Sales groups and Operations personnel relating to product lines
  • Ensure all needed MRP related tasks completed for new products or product changes, such as new part/BOM creation, new vendor setup, and product costing completed
  • Identify new suppliers required for Snuggle Me Product lines
  • Establishing best practices in managing manufacturers

  • You have at least 5 years of experience
  • You are a product person
  • You are hyper-organized and detail-oriented
  • You are a self-starter
  • You work confidently with numbers and know the basics on how to use excel
  • You have a genuine interest in direct-to-consumer brands and e-commerce
  • You enjoy structuring processes and see yourself as a builder
  • You are very hungry to learn and keen to get your hands dirty
  • You are fully fluent in English and don’t need a visa to work in the US
