Washing & Care:
Gentle washing practices are recommended. Gentle washing practices are recommended. Machine wash on a cold gentle cycle with gentle detergent. Top loaders with agitators would be disabled during wash. For best results, air dry on a flat surface until damp, then tumble dry on low.
Our covers are cut loose to allow baby to lay flat in the center sling, and to account for any shrinkage that may occur given the nature of organic cotton.
Your Snuggle Me will be shipped within two business days. Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will automatically be sent to you via email. If for some reason you do not receive one, send us an email and we will personally resend it to you. Please also check your spam/promotions/junk folders as our confirmation and shipping emails sometimes end up there!
US shipping (Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico not included) is priced by package weight.
We do not currently offer expedited shipping.
We do not currently ship to PO Boxes.

If your order was placed within the last 3 hours and you need to cancel, you can do so via the link in your order confirmation email. Shortly after your order has been cancelled you will receive order cancellation and refund confirmation emails from Snuggle Me. If it's been over 3 hours since your order was placed, please email our Care team at email@example.com with your order number and we will do our best to assist you.
Please note: If a shipping label has already been created, we will not be able to cancel your order and you will need to follow the process to return your order.
