Our Snuggle Me Covers are made with incredibly soft, cozy organic cotton. They are USA-made and GOTS certified.
Dyes:
All of our dyes are GOTS organic certified, water-based and no plant or animal bi-products are used.
Washing:
Wash the Snuggle Me Organic or Original loungers and covers in cold water on hand wash/gentle cycle with organic/dye free detergents. Because our covers contain water based dyes, it is best to wash covers alone to avoid bleeding to other fabrics. Top loaders with agitators should be disabled during wash and only used for hand wash cycles. Never pour detergent directly onto loungers or covers, but instead dilute with running water or use specialized compartments in modern machines. For best results, start by air drying your cover on a flat surface, then tumble dry on low heat in the dryer once cover is damp. Covers can also be dried in the dryer immediately on very low heat. Adding heat to any of our covers will shrink them.
Your Snuggle Me will be shipped within two business days. Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will automatically be sent to you via email. If for some reason you do not receive one, send us an email and we will personally resend it to you. Please also check your spam/promotions/junk folders as our confirmation and shipping emails sometimes end up there!
US shipping (Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico not included) is priced by package weight.
We do not currently offer expedited shipping.
We do not currently ship to PO Boxes.

If your order was placed within the last 3 hours and you need to cancel, you can do so via the link in your order confirmation email. Shortly after your order has been cancelled you will receive order cancellation and refund confirmation emails from Snuggle Me. If it's been over 3 hours since your order was placed, please email our Care team at care@snugglemeorganic.com with your order number and we will do our best to assist you.
Please note: If a shipping label has already been created, we will not be able to cancel your order and you will need to follow the process to return your order.
