Love It Guarantee

We will gladly accept returns & exchanges for eligible products that were purchased directly through our website within 60 days of purchase date. Return/Exchange requests must be submitted through our online return portal prior to 61 days of purchase, and a Snuggle Me order number must be provided in order to initiate a return. 


US CUSTOMERS (excludes Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and Alaska) 

Cost of return shipping labels will be deducted from final refund amount. We offer FREE returns for all orders returned for exchange/store credit.  

**Please note, shipping fees will not be refunded that were paid by the customer when original order was placed.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 

At this time, we are unable to offer return shipping labels for international returns or exchanges. All international return information can be found in the return portal.

Warranty Information

Snuggle Me products that were purchased directly on our website are eligible for a 6 month manufacturing warranty, which includes product defects not caused by customer use or washing. 


The following issues are not covered by our 6 month warranty:

1. shrinking fabrics

2. discoloration from laundry detergent/color bleeding

3. uneven fill after washing (please see our video tutorial to redistribute filling if this seems to be an issue for you).

4. Items purchased from our Imperfect Collection.

We are a company that works everyday to support mothers, families and caregivers, as well as the little ones using our products, so it is always our intention to resolve any customer issue respectfully, honestly and reasonably. Snuggle Me was founded on the idea of creating a supportive and encouraging community where courtesy, grace and acceptance are extended to all. We have long believed that establishing relationships with our customers based on these principles is the most beneficial way to fairly come to a resolution for all parties.
