Love It Guarantee


 Our LOVE IT guarantee gives you 30 days from the date of purchase to try Snuggle Me™with your little one. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply send all components back for a full refund, postmarked within 30 days of your purchase. To qualify for our LOVE IT guarantee, you must have an order number from our website. Our LOVE IT guarantee applies only to orders purchased through our website. If you purchased through another site or platform, we cannot accept or facilitate returns under any circumstances. Additionally, if you do not have an order number, we cannot replace, refund or exchange your items for any reason. Refunds do not include any shipping charges or international customs charges incurred upon ordering. Snuggle Me does not currently offer prepaid shipping labels for returns. Returns NOT accepted for customer damaged items. 


If you are unable to have your return postmarked within 30 days of your purchase date, still accept your item, but only a 50% refund will be given, no exceptions will be made. If postmarked 60 days or more after purchase, no refund will be given and your items will be recycled as a courtesy. 

We will do our best to refund your credit card within 72 hours of receiving your package back in our warehouse. HOW TO PACKAGE YOUR ITEMS: Returns must include ALL components including the retail packaging boxes and bands. -Please include your packing slip with your return or include your ORDER NUMBER within the box. -Ensure that your items are sent back in a box or shipping bag that fits the items appropriately. If your return is sent in a box too small for your items, no refund will be given under any circumstances.

90 Day Warranty

We grant a 90 day product warranty on your Snuggle Me items that covers any product defects not caused by customer use or washing. After the 90 day period, we do not replace any item for any reason. 

Product defects may include: tears in fabric, snags or seam damage, uneven filling prior to washing or use.

Issues not included: shrinking fabrics, uneven fill after washing (please see our video tutorial to redistribute filling if this seems to be an issue for you), color bleeding, etc.


 All of our items have clear washing instruction on them. Organic cotton will not shrink if washed in cold water and dried on low heat or air dried. The dyes will also not bleed in cold water. Snuggle Me is not responsible for washing damage to products and will not replace or accept returns if your items were damaged in your machine. 

Additionally, we cannot accept or replace loungers that become uneven or lumpy with washing. 

Shipping Policy

Items will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will automatically be sent to you via email. If for some reason you do not receive one, please send us an email and we will personally resend it to you. 

 US shipping (Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico not included) is priced by package weight, ranging from $4.99 to $13.98. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

International Shipping (along with the US exclusions) will vary depending on Country and Region. Duties and Taxes not included and will be the responsibility of the receiving party.
