CANCELING OR CHANGING AN ORDER


Due to the high volume of orders, we will not be able to change an order once it has been placed. You will need to follow the directions on how to cancel an order above and then place a new one with your desired items.


In order to cancel an order, email care@snugglemeorganic.com with the subject: CANCEL #xxxxx 


We will do our best to cancel your order before it leaves our facility. If we are unable to do so, that order will need to be received and then returned to us for a refund. (Shipping is non-refundable.) 

CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS

You do not need to change your billing address if your order has cleared. If you would like to change your SHIP TO address, please send an email with your order number to care@snugglemeorganic.com with the subject: ADDRESS CHANGE #xxxxx

COMBINING ORDERS

We will not be able to combine orders over our Black Friday sales. We apologize for the inconvenience!

ORDER STATUS CHECK IN

Due to high volumes of orders and new product procedures, we ask up to 10 business days to ship any holiday order. In most cases, it will not take this long. Please contact us for an order update only after it's been 10 days from your order date.
